We focus on building relationships with our property owners and tenants, so we have tried to streamline the rental application process as much as possible through the use of technology. However, renting a home is still a manual process. Many tenants want to see a house before they ever decide to apply, this is expected and we encourage it.

However, we do ask that prior to looking at the property in person, that you review the photos and description that we have provided on our website. Additionally, we recommend that prospective tenants drive by the house prior to the viewing so that they can get an idea of what the neighborhood is like and if the tenant is willing to live there.

If the house meets what a prospective tenant is looking for, and after they review the Tenant Selection Criteria requirement, we will schedule an appointment for them to view the property.

After viewing the property, the rental process is:

  • The prospective tenant submits a rental application, all supporting documents and the application fee.
  • The rental application is approved or denied.
  • Within 5 days of rental application approval, the lease is to be ratified and a security deposit submitted.
  • Finally, the first month’s rent and all additional fees are due upon move-in.

The process varies a little for out of town applicants; however, it still the same basic process.
